My interpretation of the theme is the massic effect deforestation is causing to animals such as birds in nature, and how unaware we are to it. It shows the effect us humans have on nature. I want to show the transition between a world where birds are camouflaged in their natural habitat in forestry, to the deforestation in which we replace the trees with buildings and roads. The birds will become clearly visible, naked of their natural protection. Therefore I put birds with tall skyscrapers which they confuse for trees and open sky. This is based on the fact that birds tend to fly into windows often. Thus, the birds eyes are deceived due to their lack of natural protection.
